PAST EVENTS
What a wonderful tribute this was. Alumni of the Dana School of Music, YSU Jazz Ensembles came from all over the country to pay tribute to the late, great Tony Leonardi, founder and creator of the YSU Jazz Program.
​
I was fortunate to have been a part of it all and was a member of the band when we swept the national NAJE competition in 1976.
​
We had a blast at the YSU Alumni Jazz Day. Every player was on top of his/her game.
New West Symphony
We got to play a LOT of music by Chicago, with alumni of the band Chicago!
​
Playing the score to Raiders of the Lost Ark with the movie was challenging and so much fun!
